Look for areas of fog...With patchy dense fog and drizzle...Across the remainder of southeast and south central Wisconsin for the morning hours. Visibilities will bounce between 1/4 mile and 1 mile...So motorists should be alert for rapidly changing conditions. Expect temperatures this morning between 40 and 45...With gusty northeast winds at 15 to 30 mph.
