29.0	DAMAGING FLOODING WILL OCCUR FROM WEST OF PAWNEE TO ITS CONFLUENCE WITH THE ARKANSAS RIVER. EXTREME OVERFLOWS WILL FLOOD SOME RESIDENCES WITH DEPTHS OF SEVERAL FEET. AROUND 10 CITY BLOCKS WOULD BE AFFECTED. THE ALL-TIME RECORD FLOOD WAS 31.4 FEET ON OCTOBER 3 1959.
27.0	VERY SEVERE FLOODING WILL OCCUR FROM WEST OF PAWNEE TO ITS CONFLUENCE WITH THE ARKANSAS RIVER. OVERFLOWS WILL FLOOD SOME RESIDENCES AND ISOLATE MANY OTHER HOMES. THIS WILL BE SIMILAR TO THE FLOOD OF OCTOBER 5 1986 WHEN THE STAGE CRESTED AT 27.3 FEET.
25.0	SEVERE FLOODING WILL OCCUR FROM WEST OF PAWNEE TO ITS CONFLUENCE WITH THE ARKANSAS RIVER. OVERFLOWS WILL ISOLATED OR FLOOD SOME RESIDENCES.
23.0	MODERATE AGRICULTURAL FLOODING WILL OCCUR. THE ACCESS ROAD TO THE PAWNEE INDIAN AGENCY AND HOSPITAL WILL BE CLOSED. THE PAWNEE COUNTY FAIRGROUNDS WILL BE FLOODED.
21.0	MODERATE AGRICULTURAL FLOODING WILL OCCUR. THE PAWNEE COUNTY FAIRGROUNDS WILL BE FLOODED. THE ACCESS ROAD TO THE PAWNEE INDIAN AGENCY AND HOSPITAL WILL BECOME IMPASSABLE.
19.0	MINOR AGRICULTURAL FLOODING WILL OCCUR. THE PAWNEE COUNTY FAIRGROUNDS AND SOME ACCESS ROADS WILL BEGIN TO FLOOD.
17.0	MINOR FARM AND RANCHLAND FLOODING WILL OCCUR.
