| 20.0 | Flooding in southern Newark intensifies...with water covering some low lying roads. A crest near 20 feet is close to the flood of record of 1959. Lowland flooding near the Main Fork of the Licking River becomes widespread. |
| 18.5 | Flooding of the Little Texas area worsens...with homes flooded and several low lying roadways near the river covered by flood waters. |
| 15.5 | Water affects some roadways...mainly in southern Newark...with some areas possibly being cut off. Evacuations are possible on the south end of Newark near Little Texas...especially on and near Downey Street. A trailer park is affected in southwest Newark. The City of Newark is protected by flood gates. |
