45.0	MODERATE LOWLAND FLOODING IMPACTS LIVESTOCK GRAZING AND PRISON FARMS. IN PAST FLOODS PROBLEMS OCCURRED FROM THE HIGHWAY 7 BRIDGE DOWNSTREAM TO HIGHWAY 21 BRIDGE DUE TO HIGH FLOWS IN THE BACKWATER OF LAKE LIVINGSTON.
