Now...At 3:45 pm...National weather service doppler radars indicated an area of showers and thunderstorms moving southeast at 15 to 20 mph across southeast Oklahoma and west central Arkansas...Generally along and southeast of a hackett...Arkansas to ashland...Oklahoma line. Through 5 pm...Showers and thunderstorms will continue to develop move through southeast Oklahoma and west central Arkansas. Locations to be affected will continue to be those along and southeast of the hackett to ashland line. Slow moving thunderstorms will continue to produce heavy rainfall. Isolated stronger storms will have the potential to produce gusty winds to around 50 miles mph and small hail.
