The showers are affecting the east coast metro areas...But mainly in the western portions. Additional showers and thunderstorms are forming along the Martin county and palm beach county line. These storms are nearly stationary and will produce brief heavy downpours...Occasional lightning and gusty winds to near 25 mph.
