Moderate to heavy rainfall will continue over most of the area...With additional rainfall between one quarter and three quarters of an inch possible. Normally dry washes are likely flowing with water. Minor street flooding will continue through tonight as well. Motorists along interstates 8 and 10 and highways 87 and 89 are advised to use caution.
