The best chances for additional rain will continue over southwestern chaves county with a few additional stray showers extending northeastward from near mesa to melrose...To broadview. Additional rainfall will generally be light with less than a tenth of an inch in most locales. Occasional lightning and erratic wind gusts will also accompany the storms.
