...TWO ROUNDS OF HEAVY RAINS POSSIBLE THROUGH SUNDAY NIGHT...

SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED TO DEVELOP ACROSS
NORTHEAST IOWA AND SOUTHWEST WISCONSIN FOR THE LATE AFTERNOON AND
EVENING HOURS. IF STORMS TRACK REPEATEDLY ACROSS THE SAME
LOCATIONS...AS MUCH AS 1 TO 2 INCHES OF RAIN ARE POSSIBLE. THESE
RAINS COULD CAUSE WITHIN BANK RISES...BUT FLOODING IS GENERALLY
NOT EXPECTED THROUGH TONIGHT.

THE AREA LOOKS TO GET A BREAK FROM THE MORE WIDESPREAD SHOWERS...
STORMS AND HEAVY RAINS LATER TONIGHT AND SUNDAY MORNING.

A BROAD AREA OF SHOWERS AND A FEW THUNDERSTORMS IS EXPECTED TO
SPREAD ACROSS THE AREA SUNDAY AFTERNOON AND EVENING. ANOTHER 1 TO
2 INCHES OF RAIN ARE POSSIBLE ACROSS MUCH OF NORTHEAST IOWA AND
SOUTHWEST WISCONSIN FROM THIS ROUND OF PRECIPITATION.

IF BOTH ROUNDS OF HEAVY RAIN WOULD FALL OVER THE SAME AREA...
RIVER RISES WOULD BE LIKELY ALONG WITH THE THREAT OF SOME
FLOODING. SOME RIVERS THAT COULD BE IMPACTED ARE THE UPPER IOWA
AND TURKEY RIVERS IN NORTHEAST IOWA AND THE KICKAPOO...PLATTE AND
GRANT RIVERS IN SOUTHWEST WISCONSIN.

BE SURE TO MONITOR THE LATEST HYDROLOGIC STATEMENTS AND OUTLOOKS
