...HEAVY RAINS AND FLASH FLOODING ARE POSSIBLE ON ALL ISLANDS FROM
LATE TONIGHT THROUGH SUNDAY...

A MOIST AIR MASS FROM THE DEEP TROPICS TOGETHER A VIGOROUS COLD LOW
IN THE MIDDLE ATMOSPHERE TO THE WEST WILL PRODUCE INCREASING
RAINFALL ACROSS MOST OF THE MAIN HAWAIIAN ISLANDS FROM LATE TONIGHT
THROUGH SUNDAY.

THIS WILL BE THE FINAL HYDROLOGIC OUTLOOK ISSUED FOR THIS EVENT.
