* FLOOD STAGE IS  11 FEET.
* NO FLOODING IS OCCURRING AND MINOR FLOODING IS POSSIBLE.
* FORECAST...FLOOD STAGE MAY BE REACHED SATURDAY AFTERNOON. THE RIVER
  MAY THEN RISE TO 11.9 FEET SUNDAY AFTERNOON.
