I heard, I believe from Walter Reeves, that if this Winter is as dry as forecasted -- due to La Nina -- that the effect on Georgia would equal that of Katrina on Louisiana.  This effect would only be financial however, and otherwise, and not on loss of life.  But this drought of a century shows absolutely NO SIGN of subsiding!</description>
